  • Locally Based – not a distant call centre

    Being locally based is a great asset to our customers; the ability to call out at a moment’s notice helps productivity and reduces downtime. This has resulted in us maintaining a very loyal customer base throughout the region. We are always available either by phone, remote pc hook up or at your site.

  • On Site & Off Site Support

    You will be looked after by a consultant who is able to take your call and most times provide you the support you require on the spot. Whether its complex integration issues or you just want an additional email address set up, you have the security of a support environment that is reliable, available and active in getting your problems fixed.  Have a larger issue?  We can come out to your site.

  • Fixed Fee

    Know your costs up front.  With a Service and Maintenance Contract there are not hidden costs for those day to day questions and issues.

  • Backup Monitoring

    We will make sure your information is being backed up properly and completely.
